Apple App Store

It’s amazing how the Apple App Store has removed the barriers allowing for the most simplistic method of keeping your apps up to date. It’s almost an addiction to update my apps when I see there is an update. Most times I don’t even read the release notes.

I still remember building deployments using InstallShield. Is that tool still around?

Refilling a Swiffer WetJet Bottle

At close to $5 a bottle, the refill bottles for the Swiffer WetJet are definitely not economical. That’s strike one. Strike two is the overwhelming smell that my wife isn’t too happy about. Since I love the ease of use, as opposed to a mop and bucket, I set out for a solution.

This video gave me a brilliantly simple way to reuse a WetJet bottle.
